Training

Roller derby is both a physically and mentally demanding sport. SPRD prepares for game-time during league practices, where veteran skaters and coaches lead drills focusing on skills and strategy,

as well as building strength, endurance, and teamwork. We are also a friendly, welcoming league open to everyone.

 

 

Practices are held at Hammonton Skating Center, 131 South 2nd ROAD, Hammonton, NJ 08037. 

Practices are open to league members and interested new skaters and officials. If you play for another league under the WFTDA ruleset and want to attend a practice as a guest,
