SPRD's SURPRISE Summer Spectacular was a team-building scavenger hunt in Ocean City. Teams completed tasks such as taking a photo with a stranger, finding a street sign with their derby number on it, eating some Banana Whip, and riding the carousel. A fun day of friendly competition ended with a relaxed BBQ.  Fun for all!

Thanks to our league sponsor and official ticket outlet, Underground, the Smithville Artwalk has become a standing tradition in Historic Smithville.  SPRD had a blast hanging out and meeting our new fans! Over 75 artists participated. ARTISTS UNITE!!

SPRD skated in the Ocean City Doo Dah parade, along with over 600 basset hounds. Say goodbye to tax season with this comedy parade from 6th St. – 12th St. and then up to the Boardwalk ending at the Music Pier.

SPRD wants to give back to the community!  On April 5, 2014, we participated in the Wild Walk for Kids at the Cape May Zoo, which supports the Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Atlantic and Cape May Counties.  Look at all the fun we had!
